ERIA Demo Day
02.12.2024

ERIA, the corporate venturing vehicle of the Estabanell group, held the Demo Day for its first acceleration program, where four energy sector startups presented their progress to investors and strategic partners. Over the six-month program, the startups developed pilot projects, established partnerships, and received support in key areas such as technology validation and business modeling.

Clever Solar Devices: Innovation in Solar Maintenance

Clever Solar Devices stood out for its tool that digitizes the maintenance of photovoltaic solar installations. The solution not only enhances data accuracy for more agile decision-making but also innovates by focusing on photovoltaic module diagnostics rather than production, optimizing the maintenance of solar trackers, inverters, and installations. During the program, they transformed a pilot project into formal partnerships with two major corporations, learned to lead high-level negotiations, and showcased their project at events like the South Summit Bilbao, strengthening their position in the sector.

Other Startups

Zenit launched a pilot project with Estabanell to validate its shared self-consumption platform; Atom H2 advanced the development of its modular hydrogen system and established key technical connections; meanwhile, Ahyres automated infrastructure inspections using autonomous vehicles, reducing operational costs and progressing toward international expansion.

Innovation and the Future

The program, which offered mentorship, financial support, and access to infrastructure, reaffirmed Estabanell’s commitment to open innovation. Looking ahead, ERIA is preparing new acceleration programs for 2025, consolidating its dedication to entrepreneurial talent and sustainable technologies.
