AI TRANSPARENCY
1. HOW WE USE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Clever Solar Devices S.L. (hereinafter CSD) uses AI-powered automation to enhance our commercial operations and provide a better experience for our clients. This page explains which AI services we use, how your data is handled, and which Google API integrations are in place.
2. AI SERVICES WE USE
Our commercial assistant, Cleo, uses OpenAI’s GPT language models (third-party AI service provided by OpenAI, L.L.C.) to perform the following tasks:
– Process and respond to emails: Cleo reads incoming emails from potential clients and generates professional, context-aware responses in natural language.
– Schedule meetings: Based on email conversations, Cleo proposes available meeting times and confirms appointments via Google Calendar with Google Meet video conferencing.
– Follow-up automation: Cleo sends personalized follow-up emails to leads who haven’t responded, maintaining professional and respectful communication.
Cleo operates exclusively through CSD’s internal email system (cleo@cleversd.com) and the N8N workflow automation platform hosted on CSD’s own infrastructure.
3. HOW YOUR DATA IS HANDLED
Email content exchanged with Cleo is processed through OpenAI’s API to generate responses. OpenAI processes data according to their API data usage policies, which state that API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models.
Meeting scheduling uses Google Calendar API to check availability and create events with Google Meet video conferencing links. We do not share your personal data with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary for the services described above.
All data processing is carried out in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. GOOGLE API INTEGRATION
Our application integrates with Google Calendar using the following OAuth scopes:
– calendar.events — To create, update, and delete calendar events when scheduling meetings with clients. This includes generating Google Meet video conferencing links automatically.
– calendar.readonly — To check calendar availability before proposing meeting times to potential clients.
No other Google services are accessed by our application. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or any other Google service through our integration.
