USE OF GOOGLE API SERVICES — LEAD MANAGEMENT APPLICATION

CSD operates an internal lead management application (“Lead Manager”) that integrates with Google API Services to support commercial and scheduling activities. The following disclosures apply specifically to this application and are required under the Google API Services User Data Policy.

CSD’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Data Accessed

The Lead Manager application accesses the following Google user data via the Google Calendar API:

  • Calendar event details (title, date, time, location, description, attendees) from CSD internal staff accounts.
  • Calendar availability and scheduling information used to coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients (leads).

The application does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or any other Google service beyond Google Calendar.

2. Data Usage

Google Calendar data accessed by the Lead Manager application is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Creating, updating, and deleting calendar events related to commercial meetings and lead follow-up activities.
  • Automating scheduling workflows to improve the responsiveness of CSD’s sales process.
  • Displaying upcoming meetings within the internal Lead Manager interface to assist CSD staff.

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the scheduling functions described above. It is never used to train machine learning models.

3. Data Sharing

Google Calendar data accessed through this application is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. Data may only be disclosed in the following limited circumstances:

  • When required by applicable law or a competent judicial or administrative authority.
  • To trusted service providers acting strictly on behalf of CSD (e.g., cloud hosting infrastructure) who are contractually bound to protect the data and prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
4. Data Storage & Protection

Google Calendar data accessed by the Lead Manager application may be partially stored in CSD’s internal leads database. Specifically, the following fields may be persisted to support lead tracking and follow-up workflows:

  • Meeting or event title.
  • Scheduled date and time.
  • Attendee names related to the lead record.

This data is held exclusively on CSD-controlled servers protected by the following measures:

  • Access restricted to authorised CSD personnel only.
  • Encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit.
  • Server-level access controls and regular security reviews.
5. Data Retention & Deletion

Google Calendar data processed by the Lead Manager application is retained only for the time strictly necessary to complete the scheduling action that triggered the workflow. No long-term retention of Google user data takes place beyond what is required for active lead management.

Users or data subjects may request the deletion of any personal data associated with their Google account that may have been processed by CSD by contacting us at: info@cleversd.com. CSD will respond to deletion requests within a maximum of 30 days.
